As a NetSuite partner, we pride ourselves on keeping pace with changes in the world of ERP, and we pass that knowledge on to you. Our annual NetSuite Insights Day is an important part of keeping our customers ahead of the curve with NetSuite innovations and the benefits that a powerful ERP solution can bring.
The day included talks, panel discussions and deep dive sessions that covered everything our customers, partners and prospects need to know about the transformational powers of NetSuite – an integral part of NoBlue2’s mission to help businesses harness the potential of ERP software.
We planned some fantastic sessions during our NetSuite Insights Day 2025 to ensure we delivered value throughout the whole day, and we’re confident we did just that.
The day was packed with insightful presentations, actionable tips and product demonstrations. We also built in time for networking, so attendees could pose questions to our teams and fellow professionals, for a complete information exchange.
Take a look at our highlights video below:
With NetSuite Next recently revealed at SuiteWorld 2025, NetSuite’s VP of International Product, James Chisham, spoke at our Insights Day to give an in-depth look at where NetSuite is headed in the next few years.
James spoke about how the next generation of NetSuite will harness AI and revitalise its user interface, making this the perfect primer to the benefits you’ll see from NetSuite moving forward. This session was a real highlight for so many at the event.
Adam Ladd, our Director of Account Management & Partnerships brought three NoBlue2 customers on stage, Nicola Gatley from Cambrian Packaging, Louise Bugg from Robert Welch Designs and Andrew Wain from BOWE Systec to discuss how optimisation through NetSuite had supported their businesses.
Setting the scene with life before NoBlue2, they explained how our system health checks have changed the way they work. Our comprehensive system audits highlight how to optimise and automate your processes, and our panel revealed how beneficial they are at all stages.
The key takeaway from this session was the importance of carrying out repeated health checks throughout the life of your system to make sure you continue to get the best return on investment and avoid any potential issues.
Our Founder and Chief Solutions Officer, Ian, led two sessions on our own suite of native NetSuite apps – TaskSuite.
In his first session, Ian talked about our Accounts Receivable tool, TaskCollect, outlining the challenges of accounts receivable (AR) management and the impact of late payments on businesses and showing how TaskCollect, an AI-enabled AR automation solution for NetSuite created by NoBlue2, addresses these issues through automation, accountability, and real-time intelligence.
TaskCollect is based around three pillars:
Ian rounded out his presentation with some of the upcoming enhancements for TaskCollect, including AI capture of remittance advice and automated cash application.
In his second presentation, Ian focused on one of the latest additions to the TaskSuite portfolio, TaskEInvoice, which enables organisations to meet new e-invoicing requirements efficiently from within NetSuite.
Contrasting traditional invoicing practices with e-invoicing, Ian detailed the changes and explained why they are coming in, and what that means for businesses. With country-specific invoicing requirements ever expanding, it’s vital for organisations to become and remain compliant across the board, which is where a solution such as TaskEInvoice comes in.
TaskEInvoice is a global e-invoicing solution that is designed to handle both current and future requirements, removing the technical complexity of managing multiple standards.
Ian then finished off his presentation with a clear focus on the benefits of TaskEInvoice:
Our Senior PreSales Consultant, Omar, delivered a session packed with information on the features and updates that people may have missed.
Concerned that people might be missing ways that NetSuite could save time or make life easier, Omar shone a light on new and existing features, as well as giving advice on how to stay on top of the latest developments as they’re released.
His biggest tip was about the importance of keeping up with release notes and product emails – even if they feel overwhelming. Letting your NoBlue2 Account Manager take the stress out of staying up to date by pulling together the highlights is an easy way to ensure you don’t miss anything.
Omar’s Reflections On The Day
“The thing that really stood out for me was how engaged everyone was. It wasn’t just a room full of people listening — it was a room full of people genuinely trying to get more out of NetSuite, asking great questions, and thinking about how they could improve their processes.”
NoBlue2’s Head of Data Services gave a fascinating look at how his team can harvest vital insights using business intelligence and integrations.
Nic explained that every sale, every return and every interaction is part of a conversation that your business has with you. But it takes tools like NetSuite’s BI integrations to understand what it is saying.
It doesn’t matter how much data you collect, or how full your dashboards are; when you leave it all languishing without proper analysis, you’re missing out on insights that could boost your business.
In fact, Nic shared research from McKinsey that suggests business intelligence can help businesses boost their performance by making them:
✅ 23x more likely to acquire customers
✅ 19x more likely to be profitable
✅ 6x more likely to retain customers
This session explained how NoBlue2 can connect your ERP, CRM, finance, and operations into one source of truth, helping you make faster, smarter decisions.
“It was a day with a clear purpose, bringing together like-minded NetSuite users to unlock the full potential of their systems and support one another.“The atmosphere was electric with collaboration. From start to finish, there was a shared sense of unity and commitment, a feeling that we’re all in this together. A refreshing take on how businesses could work towards a shared success for better growth all round.”

These were not the only sessions available, either. Here’s a summary of just some of the other illuminating information and insights shared:
