About the Role
This role requires an experienced and revenue-focused Head of Project Management to lead our team of Project Managers delivering both complex and smaller NetSuite implementation projects. In addition to Programme Management of some of your own Projects, you’ll be accountable for ensuring your team are delivering projects within the portfolio on time, on budget, and whilst maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
This is a leadership role within the Delivery function, combining operational and delivery excellence with a coaching mindset. You’ll lead, guide, mentor, and develop a talented team of PMs, driving consistent high delivery standards, and being accountable for how we manage quality projects as we continue to grow.

- Forecasting, resourcing, and delivery metrics are accurate, timely, and efficient, enabling robust reporting and positive EBITDA and margin outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver your own projects/programmes to successful outcomes, adhering to project management and governance standards, and continuously enhancing these standards.
- Lead and mentor the Project Management team, ensuring consistency in project management and governance across all customer implementations.
- Oversee the project portfolio, resolve escalated issues, and ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across the portfolio, ensuring clear communication and swift resolution.
- Work with senior stakeholders to forecast project capacity, allocate resources effectively, and maintain balanced workloads across the team.
- Review and improve project management frameworks, tools, and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Technical, and Support teams to ensure seamless handovers and deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Provide structured reports on project status, performance metrics, and portfolio health to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
- Promote customer satisfaction by fostering trust and transparency in every interaction.
- Support the professional development of the Project Management team through coaching, feedback, and development planning.
- Regularly review and refine project management processes and tools based on implementation experience.
About You
- Proven experience leading Project Managers or large project portfolios, ideally within ERP or technology implementation environments.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) and the ability to adapt them pragmatically.
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills — able to inspire, coach, and develop others.
- Skilled in managing project budgets, forecasts, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, both internally and with clients.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of how delivery performance impacts business outcomes.
- You’re an agent for change. You love to make things happen and drive continuous improvement, shaping a team you’re proud of.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP implementation projects would be a strong advantage.
