Head of Marketing

The Opportunity

NoBlue2 is a leading ERP Partner, delivering business management software, cloud services, and managed IT solutions across the UK and Europe. With over 20 years of industry expertise, a global customer base, and a growing portfolio of software IP, the business is entering a critical phase of scalable growth.

We are now seeking a Head of Marketing to own, shape, and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy — driving demand generation, strengthening brand authority, and directly supporting revenue growth across ERP implementations, managed services, ISV partnerships, and emerging IP offerings.

This is a senior role, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution across digital, demand generation, content, and marketing operations.

Role Purpose

As Head of Marketing, you will be accountable for building a high-performing, data-driven marketing function that fuels pipeline growth, improves funnel conversion, and positions the business as a trusted authority in ERP and enterprise technology services.

You will work closely with Sales, Business Development, Delivery, and Leadership to ensure marketing is tightly aligned to commercial objectives and delivers measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to growth targets across ERP, managed services, and software IP.
  • Act as the senior marketing voice, reporting on plans, performance, and ROI.
  • Build, lead, and develop a small, agile team, supplemented by specialist agencies.
  • Identify gaps in processes, tools, capability, or execution and proactively address them.

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Own the full marketing funnel, from awareness through to MQL, SQL, and opportunity.
  • Design and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns targeting mid-market and enterprise buyers.
  • Work in close partnership with Sales and Lead Generation teams to improve pipeline efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Optimise marketing-to-sales handover, attribution, and reporting.

Digital, Data & Marketing Operations

  • Take accountability of the digital ecosystem, including website, paid media, SEO, CRM, and automation.
  • Act as senior owner of marketing tools and systems ensuring clean data, effective workflows, and scalable campaign automation.
  • Oversee PPC, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website optimisation to maximise ROI (with agency).
  • Analyse campaign and channel performance.

Brand, Content & Thought Leadership

  • Strengthen brand positioning as a trusted ERP and technology partner across key sectors.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content including thought leadership, case studies, events, and partner campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all touchpoints.

Budget & Agency Management

  • Own the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of spend.
  • Manage and challenge external agencies to deliver against agreed performance and ROI.
  • Ensure scalable, sustainable marketing investment as the business grows.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent, measurable growth in marketing-qualified leads and pipeline contribution
  • Improved digital performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversion rates, engagement)
  • Clear, demonstrable ROI on marketing spend
  • Strong alignment and credibility with Sales, Leadership, and Delivery teams
  • A well-structured, insight-led marketing function that scales with the business

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in marketing for a B2B technology, ERP, SaaS, or IT services business
  • Strong background in demand generation and revenue-focused marketing
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, CRM, automation, and analytics
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as HubSpot
  • Experience managing agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Strong commercial skills and confidence operating across the business

Desirable:

  • Experience in ERP, CRM, BI, financial software, managed services, or professional services would be an advantage
  • Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) and partner-led go-to-market models
  • Experience supporting international or multi-market growth

Behaviours, Motivations & Values:

  • Ambitious, driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • Commercially minded and data-led, with a clear focus on outcomes
  • Hands-on and delivery-oriented — happy to both lead and execute
  • Confident and credible — able to consult, challenge, and influence senior stakeholders
  • Collaborative team player who builds strong internal relationships and momentum
  • Accountable, proactive, and resilient — someone who makes things happen

Why This Role?
