The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands-on leader to focus on the growth of our Microsoft business unit. You’ll be responsible for commercial growth, strategy and delivery, as part of our wider organisation.
This role will be the senior face of the business when it comes to sales, both in terms of new business but also client relationship management.
You’re a leader, capable of inspiring our full Microsoft team, and helping it to grow and develop. You’ll collaborate with our centralised teams on marketing, legal, financial oversight and project delivery.
Ultimately, the success of our Microsoft team’s growth will be supported by your skill, energy and drive.
What Good Looks Like
- Microsoft sales quotas hit, or exceeded, across a balance of new accounts and existing clients.
- Strong client satisfaction (NPS) and account retention across strategic Microsoft clients.
- Business unit profitability (EBITDA) and margins are in-line with industry metrics and our own budgets.
- Marketing KPIs (e.g., lead generation and resulting conversion, content performance, ROI) reflect steady growth and alignment with commercial goals.
- Projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, with high team and client engagement.
- Strong internal collaboration with PMO, Finance & Legal, and People teams; Microsoft business unit is seen as a well-run, high-performing part of the company.
- High levels of employee satisfaction in the Microsoft team.
What You’ll Do
- You’re externally focused and visible with prospects, customers and Microsoft. You will lead sales meetings, collaborating with delivery/presales team members as needed to win deals.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy, in close collaboration with our CRO and Head of Marketing, to grow our Microsoft customer base. We have skills in CE and F&O today.
- Key contact for our client portfolio ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth in collaboration with our Delivery lead. You may sponsor as the senior figure, larger implementations.
- Representation of the company in industry or partner events.
- Collaborate with Delivery leadership and Centralised PMO team to manage proposals and SoWs ensuring legal compliance and alignment to PMO practices.
