The Role

As a Senior NetSuite Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in guiding our clients through the successful implementation of the NetSuite product. Utilising your experience and expertise of NetSuite, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, guiding them through the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing and deployment. Your leadership and technical ability will be instrumental in ensuring successful project outcomes and driving client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Working alongside a Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation projects, serving as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams. 
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business requirements and translate them into comprehensive NetSuite solutions. 
• Design and configure NetSuite modules and functionalities. 
• Develop and implement customisations, scripts, and integrations to extend NetSuite functionality and meet specific client needs. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions on time and within budget. 
• Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of NetSuite solutions. 
• You will understand leading practices, limitations, and roadmaps/upgrades as they are released to ensure we are selling and implementing in a format that allows us to deliver successful projects. 

About You

• Demonstrable experience in NetSuite or ERP implementation and consulting. 
• Excellent consulting skills, including advising customers to get the best outcome. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical and effective solutions. 
• Ability to work with people at all levels and build the ‘bigger picture’ of a required solution. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams. 
• Ideally, industry experience – or strong ability to understand the customer’s needs.
