GROUP POLICY
1. Introduction
Goodman Topco and its subsidiaries (“NoBlue2”) recognise that its activities and operations have a significant impact on the wider social, environmental, and economic well-being of the areas in which we operate. As a member of the business community, we recognise our corporate social responsibility commitments in our various roles, which include employer and consumer.
2. Definition
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a concept whereby an organisation recognises that its business operations and processes may have an impact on social, economic and environmental issues outside of the workplace. It also represents a commitment to ensuring and maintaining socially responsible behaviour in an organisation.
3. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to set out clear and uniform standards for ensuring that all business operations are carried out in an ethical manner.

The policy applies to all employees and contractors of NoBlue2.

Honesty, transparency, equality and respect are cornerstones of our business philosophy. We strive to make sure these attributes are prevalent in all of our business and social engagements with customers, partners and the wider business and personal community. Where possible we engage with local suppliers and businesses to meet the business’ operational needs, in order to support businesses within our area and decrease our carbon footprint.
We expect similar characteristics in all of our staff and business relationships and will not hesitate to take remedial action should a transgression occur.
7. NoBlue2 in the community
At NoBlue2 we believe we have an important part to play in every community we serve, so we are keen to support local charities and good causes. We let each office choose which local charities to support, every suggestion is given due consideration. Causes we have sponsored in the past include Leukemia Research, annual Macmillan Cancer Support, local foodbank donations as well as gifting unused furniture to local schools.
8. Ongoing commitment
We are fully committed to the principle of CSR and aim to ensure that no relevant policy decisions are made within the business, without first evaluating the potential CSR impact.
