SuiteWorld 2025: A Glimpse into the Future of NetSuite

In October, NetSuite ran its flagship international event ‘SuiteWorld’. With a theme of “no limits”, it promised to go beyond a product showcase or conference to reveal everything the future holds for NetSuite.

As NetSuite Partners, we couldn’t miss out. Our CEO, Chris and CSO, Ian, headed to Las Vegas for four days filled with meetings, announcements and product showcases (and a bit of skydiving) to gain the insights we need to harness everything that the world’s leading ERP software has to offer.

They came away with plenty to think about and be excited for. SuiteWorld 2025 made one thing clear – NetSuite is entering a new chapter. They’re going beyond adding new features and redefining what users should demand from ERP software moving forward.

“At a high level, the key themes for me were:

  • Some superb product announcements
  • High-quality partner meetings
  • Welcome evolution of the partner programme (plus some confirmation on who the top partner in EMEA is!)

and I leave feeling incredibly optimistic about the year ahead.”

Chris Bunch, CEO, NoBlue2

Whilst some of the announcements were covered by NDA, not all of them were. Here are the developments we can’t wait to share with you.

The Future of NetSuite: NetSuite Next

The announcement of ‘NetSuite Next’ was not just the star of this year’s SuiteWorld; it could be the biggest one made in the company’s 27 years.

Pitched by NetSuite founder Evan Goldberg, the next evolution of NetSuite covers three areas:

  • High-quality AI functionality, built into all aspects of the product
  • An improved user interface (including a much-demanded Dark Mode)
  • Significant performance enhancements

Each individual area could help the NetSuite ERP maintain its position as an industry leader. Combined, these developments will ensure that no competitor will even come close to NetSuite’s functionality or benefits.

Let’s take a look at what NetSuite revealed about the developments to come.

A UI built with user experience in mind

While the AI functionality of NetSuite Next was the most anticipated announcement of the conference, we were equally taken with the new Redwood UI, so we’ll start there too.

Next was shown to have a modern, mobile-first interface with the clear, intuitive workspace layout that you’d expect to see. It looks crisp, sharp, well-structured and user-driven. But perhaps the most popular feature was the loudly clamoured after ‘Dark Mode’.

This might seem small compared to the AI advances and integrations on display, but to us it revealed a deeper truth. That all these changes and improvements were being guided by us, the users.

NetSuite showed they are not interested in innovating for the sake of headlines. They’re committed to improving their product to meet the needs of their user base first, placing functionality and user experience (UX) above all else. Even the new UI allows simple and immediate switching between the new and old interface to ease the transition.

As a NetSuite partner, this matters to us too. We want the people we partner with to get the most value and support out of NetSuite that they can – and this approach from NetSuite carries the same vibe.

For the same reasons, we were impressed to see how simple the set-up was. A demonstration on how to connect external LLMs to NetSuite showed the process taking only 2 minutes. Speedy, straightforward and designed with UX in mind.

We weren’t able to test the new interface ourselves but we can’t wait to get our hands on it, having seen the excellent demonstration.

With general availability staggered across 2026, it could take around 12-18 months to roll out worldwide, so we won’t have to wait too long. And while we do wait, we’re comforted to know that the rollout will be kept steady and successful, just like the product design.

AI Integrations

Going into the conference, interest was focused on how NetSuite is embracing and implementing AI. We doubt anyone would be disappointed with what they revealed.

As Chris puts it:

“Evan repeatedly referred to a “single source of truth” and mentioned that AI should enhance the efficiency of your ERP without undermining human insight. ‘Autonomous close’ was used as a perfect example, with your books being closed automatically at the end of an assigned period, with agents having been used to identify issues on a proactive basis throughout the month.”

NetSuite Next shows that the success of AI implementations requires balancing automation with human oversight. It’s not about removing human oversight, it’s about maximising the impact of expertise instead.

AI implementations that were discussed at SuiteWorld include:

Ask Oracle for natural language requests

One implementation that will redefine the experience of using NetSuite is Ask Oracle, a natural language assistant that lets users navigate, search and analyse across their entire dataset.

By allowing complex queries to be explained verbally, Ask Oracle will make it even easier to drill down into data and find the insights that really matter.

Taking the whole concept of an ERP to its most user-friendly incarnation, this is an example where AI will actually support creative thinking and insight discovery. From creating rich charts to layering questions and digging into the details, Ask Oracle will showcase why a unified ERP is such a powerful business tool.

“[Next] enables users to discover patterns in their business and engage with NetSuite in their own words […] so it can deliver answers and actions that provide immediate value.”

– Evan Goldberg, NetSuite founder

Add to this the improved user experience that comes from verbal operation, which will render the menu bar almost pointless, and we can safely say that Ask Oracle looks to be a game changer for ERPs – not just in interacting with them, but the benefits they bring too.

Agentic Workflows

Another way Next will utilise AI is in creating proactive, AI-driven workflows to carry out tasks such as vendor selection, reconciliations and payment proposals.

By automating these complex tasks, agentic workflows improve efficiency while still allowing users the option to approve key decisions themselves or let agents act based on identified parameters.

You’ll have the freedom to collaborate with these agents at any point to monitor their progress, review options, and make decisions, so you’ll always be in complete control.

Developer Assistant

This AI tool will allow users to build customisations based on a written description, then document, test and deploy them effectively.

ChatGPT Integration

One thing that really stood out to us was ChatGPT Buy in Suite Commerce. Not only was it impressive to be included only days after OpenAI released it, but it already looked slick and easy to use. We can’t wait to see it rolled out with full functionality, as we’re confident this purchasing simplicity will be in high demand with eCommerce clients.

Other Announcements of Note

For tech businesses, the Subscription Metrics announcement was intriguing. It looks like it could be a fantastic way to track important performance data points such as LTV and CAC. Definitely something for SaaS businesses to look out for.

Another example that stood out was AI for Subscription churn prediction. This is an area where AI can really stand out by spotting flags that humans could miss across order volumes, payment trends and support ticket sentiment etc. Churn reduction often sees a marked ROI, so any advance that makes it more efficient is one to take note of.

We’re only able to touch on the most noteworthy features that were revealed at SuiteWorld 2025. If you’d like to learn more about the product and dig into the details, you can find out more about NetSuite Next on their website.

Celebrating Success for NetSuite Users

As a team, we were excited to see the success of our customers PetLab Co being celebrated at SuiteWorld too.

PetLab Co. partnered with us to use NetSuite to automate their financial processes, optimise their inventory and make data-led decisions that helped them scale their business to generate over $200 million in annual revenue.

Efficiency improvements that include finalising month-end processes up to 80% faster, more accurate tracking of asset value and better cash flow management, are helping to power PetLab Co.’s next phase of growth. With 2025 already seeing significant investment, it’s clear to see PetLab Co. are on an upwards trajectory – and we were glad to see NetSuite’s role in this celebrated on the SuiteWorld stage.

… And for NoBlue2 too!

A real highlight of SuiteWorld this year was making our EMEA Solution Provider Partner of the Year award win official. The win was first announced by NetSuite in March 2025, however, the award ceremony is always held as part of the SuiteWorld programme.

This recognition and thanks from NetSuite is due to our outstanding delivery, customer success, and innovation across the region – a real testament to our incredible team!
