AI does the groundwork. People approve the outcome. That was the clearest message from SuiteWorld 2026 in Las Vegas, where, after many years of attending, NoBlue2 exhibited for the first time, with TaskCollect, our accounts receivable solution. It was also a chance to see NetSuite’s vision for the finance function continue to evolve with AI.
SuiteWorld 2026 ran from 25 to 28 October at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, under the theme “Ready for Next”. It started on a high for us. On the Sunday, we collected our awards for NetSuite UK&I Partner of the Year 2026 and NetSuite EMEA Partner of the Year 2026.
The week carried extra weight for another reason. It was the first time we exhibited as TaskCollect, our native NetSuite accounts receivable automation product, in front of the people who run NetSuite every day. We were there to show the power of TaskCollect and the benefits it can bring to finance teams looking to automate and get paid faster.
Exhibiting is a different experience from attending. You stop being a spectator of the roadmap and become part of the conversation about what finance teams need from it. Our CEO, Chris Bunch, and our CSO, Ian Irwin, spent the week taking in all that SuiteWorld has to offer, from keynotes to talking with partners and NetSuite colleagues from around the globe.
Here is what they heard in Las Vegas, and what we think matters most for finance leaders.
Six key takeaways from SuiteWorld 2026
1. AI is moving from answering questions to taking action
Evan Goldberg described the event as the end of ERP as we know it. Ask Oracle, the built-in assistant, now creates draft records and builds saved searches and workflows from plain-language requests, and SuiteAgent Studio lets customers build their own agents. The important detail is control. Agents run under NetSuite roles, changes are logged, and nothing is posted without a person approving it.
2. The financial close is the flagship use case
NetSuite’s message for finance was “always be closing”: spot and fix issues throughout the month rather than at the end of it. The showcase was an intelligent close workspace, with agents supporting bank reconciliation and exception management. Several named customers described cutting their close from around 20 days to two or three.
3. SuiteExpress points to a new way of implementing NetSuite
The most notable new item was SuiteExpress, which uses agents to configure the system to a customer’s needs. It is still in beta and limited to the USA and Canada, but it is already supporting some smaller rollouts. In theory, it makes implementations more repeatable and reliable for customers, gets them live sooner, and moves partners towards higher value work as less valuable tasks are automated.
4. Your own AI assistants can now work with NetSuite
NetSuite named 13,000 companies as using the AI Connector Service, which lets assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT work with NetSuite data through the Model Context Protocol, within a user’s existing role. Many organisations are perhaps more traditional, or simply busy with business as usual, and will need real change management to get moving with AI. Around 45 role-based SuiteSkills, which help AI models understand NetSuite, give them a head start.
“13,000 companies were named as using the AI connector service to interact with NetSuite…which means a whopping 30K+ are not, which I find staggering.”
5. Data and process quality still decide the outcome
AI acts on what is in the system. Tidy customer records, well-designed roles and clearly written approval rules will matter more, not less. Partner recaps from the event make the same point: role design is now AI design.
6. Availability is staged, so check what applies to you
NetSuite Next is live in the USA and Canada. Preview customers are now enabling it in the UK and Australia, and Chris expects NoBlue2 customers to have their hands on it very soon. Some features shown as available are technically still coming soon outside North America, and others are planned for a later release, so ask your account manager what is enabled for your account. On cost, NetSuite said on stage that AI features are included at no extra charge, and we heard from people testing Next in Preview that they have not yet made a dent in their AI credits.
What exhibiting taught us
Receivables sits where several of these themes meet. A faster close, cleaner data and AI that acts within approval rules all depend on invoices being chased, cash being applied and customer records being accurate. That is the ground TaskCollect covers, working natively inside NetSuite rather than alongside it.
“TaskCollect being built natively in NetSuite is so important – any solution that sits outside not only introduces complexity from integration, software management and user training and usability points of view, but also completely misses out on the data and processes not being available to NetSuite AI and SuiteAgent capabilities. TaskCollect sitting inside of NetSuite, enhances NetSuite data, rather than duplicates it elsewhere, to deliver maximum functional capability as well as deliver enhanced ROI over each company’s investments in NetSuite.”
We also noticed a shift in tone from last year. In his view, 2025 was the big bang announcement of the new product and 2026 was its maturing: many features are now available, with an easy path to them that does not need a giant system upgrade. That makes this a practical moment to start with a repeatable process such as receivables, where results are measurable, and the people involved already know what good looks like.
We were also pleased to be among the partners recognised with awards at the event being named UK &I and EMEA Solution Partner of the Year, for a second year running.
