Delivery Lead

About the Role

As a NetSuite Delivery Lead at NoBlue2, you will play a key role in driving our team's success and ensuring the achievement of goals. To lead by example, inspire, coach and mentor team members, and encourage a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

As a player-coach, you’ll continue working with assigned customers from the discovery phase through to post go-live support during the implementation of NetSuite ERP. You will gather, analyse, and document requirements, through workshops and software configuration, to ensure the customer has all the functionality they require, operational training and hyper-care once the system is live.

  • Projects are delivered with consistency and quality – ensuring customer requirements are met and delivered on time and in scope.
  • Process improvements are proactively identified and delivered, to improve the overall function of the team and impress customers with project work.
  • Works closely with Project Managers to ensure project success.
  • Communications are clear, robust, timely and positive, internally and externally.
  • Team’s consultant standards and delivery patterns are continuously improving through great coaching and guidance.
  • Drives consultant development and delivery practice evolution.
  • Utilisation of the professional services teams are maximised to out perform business KPI’s.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor and develop team members.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback. 
  • Inspire and motivate the team to meet and exceed targets and objectives. 
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support as needed. 
  • Monitor and manage KPI’s at individual, team and functional level.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and goal-setting sessions through Personal Development Reviews (PDR).
  • Implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency. 
  • Address and resolve team conflicts and issues promptly, escalating where necessary to their Line Manager.  
  • Organise training as required either as a team or as an individual. 
  • Be the conduit for NoBlue2 business process change. 
  • Discover, understand and deliver solutions for our customers’ business goals
  • Liaise with Project Management to agree delivery schedules and resource plans.  
  • Ensure the configuration of the application meets business needs.  
  • Create specifications to assist the development of application customisations.   
  • Provide training services to customer end users. 

About You

  • NetSuite Certified (nice to have).
  • Proven NetSuite implementation experience.
  • People first attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
