How It Works

NoBlue2 Support Referral Programme - Terms & Conditions

You can refer another organisation to the NoBlue2 Support Service by completing our referral form.

 

Referral Reward

If your referred company successfully enters into a NoBlue2 Support Contract, you will be eligible for a referral reward.

  1. The reward will be equivalent to one (1) month of support hours based on the referred customer’s contracted service level.
  2. For example, if the referred customer signs a Gold Support Contract, you will receive  12 support hours.
  3. Reward hours must be used within six (6) months from the date of allocation and are non-transferable.

 

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the referral reward:

  1. The referred company must not already be in active discussions with NoBlue2 at the time of referral.
  2. The referral must be submitted via the official referral form prior to any formal engagement with NoBlue2.
  3. The referred company must successfully enter into a new NoBlue2 Support Contract.

 

Reward Conditions

  1. Referral rewards will only be issued where the referred company signs a Silver, Gold or Platinum Support Contract.
  2. Rewards will be credited only after the referred company’s contract has been fully executed by both parties.
  3. No reward will be payable for referrals that do not result in a signed agreement.
  4. NoBlue2 reserves the right to verify and validate all referrals prior to issuing any reward.

 

General Terms

  1. Referral rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
  2. NoBlue2 reserves the right to modify or withdraw this referral programme at any time without prior notice.
  3. All decisions by NoBlue2 regarding eligibility and rewards are final.
