What to expect

Shortlisting

Once you’ve hit ‘apply’, we take the time to properly review your CV. We’re looking at how your experience, skills, and background stack up against what we need in the role, trying to get a sense of you beyond the bullet points.

If it looks like a good match, one of our team will reach out for an initial chat. It’s a two-way conversation: we’ll ask about your experience, you can ask about the role, the team, and life at NoBlue2. No hard sell. Just a chance to see if we’re on the same page.

Interview stages

For most roles, we keep things to two stages:

  • One is usually a focused conversation (sometimes with a bit of structure around behavioural questions).
  • The second might stay as a discussion, or it could include an activity like a case study or short task, depending on the role.

Some senior or specialist positions might involve a third stage with someone from the C-suite, but we’ll always let you know what to expect upfront.

You’ll meet a mix of people during the process. We’re interested in how you think, what you’ve done and how you approach challenges.

Feedback timeline

We aim to get back to you within 24–48 hours after each stage. If things are taking longer, we’ll keep you updated. No ghosting. No radio silence.
