16 September, 2026 – NoBlue2, an award-winning NetSuite Solution Provider Partner and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Partner, is pleased to announce it has acquired Viridian, a leading Pigment partner specialising in business planning and analysis solutions for growing and established organisations alike.
This acquisition builds on NoBlue2’s core ERP and CRM capabilities, particularly its NetSuite and Dynamics 365 expertise, extending that foundation into planning and performance management and significantly broadening its Office of the CFO (OCFO) offering. With Pigment’s EPM, budgeting and forecasting platform, NoBlue2 can now offer customers a joined-up route from their underlying systems and data through to strategic planning, something few partners in the market currently provide. The Office of the CFO remains NoBlue2’s primary route into these capabilities, with Pigment’s value reaching well beyond finance into the wider business.
Viridian, Pigment Partner of the Year two years running, has built a strong reputation of helping finance teams move away from spreadsheets and legacy tools towards a single, collaborative planning platform. Pigment supports connected business planning across FP&A, workforce planning, sales performance management, supply chain planning, and operational performance management.
A stronger offering for CFOs and finance teams
Bringing Viridian into NoBlue2 combines two teams with a shared focus: helping finance leaders get more value and better decisions out of their systems and data.

Viridian Founder, Tom Cvijanovic, will join the leadership team at NoBlue2 with immediate effect. Viridian continues to operate as it does today, with customer projects continuing uninterrupted through the same team.
Chris Bunch, CEO at NoBlue2 commented: “This acquisition is a significant step for NoBlue2. Bringing Pigment expertise into the business means we can offer customers a genuinely joined-up path from ERP through to strategic planning. Pigment is experiencing incredible growth, and joining forces with the top global partner strengthens our Office of the CFO offering and sets us apart from other companies in the market. I plan to continue to expand NoBlue2’s service offerings for finance leaders and geographic footprint, both organically and via acquisition.”
Tom Cvijanovic, Founder at Viridian, added: “NoBlue2 and FPE are the ideal partners as we scale Viridian into a global leader in the Pigment ecosystem. We are taking on larger enterprise programmes and extending our market reach with the same agility and dynamism that earned us our success. Our customers keep the team and standards they know, now backed by NoBlue2’s operational support and deep expertise across ERP, CRM and the wider Office of the CFO.“
NoBlue2 is backed by FPE Capital, a growth-focused private equity investor in the technology, data and software sectors. Harriet Hunt, Investment Director at FPE, added: “NoBlue2 has built a strong track record helping businesses get more value from their ERP and CRM investments, and this acquisition is a natural extension of that strategy. Adding Pigment capability broadens the platform’s relevance to finance leaders and supports our shared ambition to grow NoBlue2 through further targeted acquisitions.”
This acquisition marks the next step in NoBlue2’s wider growth strategy, and the business expects to pursue further acquisitions in the coming period as it continues to build out its ERP, CRM, and Office of the CFO capability.
